Who We Are

Postulate Inc. is a nationwide Canadian remote call centre provisioner. We don't operate out of a single building with a few hundred desks - we operate out of thousands of home offices, spare rooms, and dedicated remote workstations spread across every province and territory. That distributed model isn't a limitation; it's our advantage. It lets us draw from a deeper, more diverse talent pool, offer genuine bilingual and trilingual coverage, and scale a client's program up or down without the constraints of physical square footage.

We were built specifically to serve the realities of modern Canadian business: companies that sell across borders, serve customers in multiple languages, and need a call centre partner who understands that "customer service" looks different depending on who's calling and why.
